A complex irrigation design project involving 3 roadway design
firms, conversion from metric to Imperial coordinates, and 3 different
municipalities, all making unique demands upon ADOT. Combined
with adjacent project, landscape and irrigation construction amounted

As a registered Technical Service Provider for USDA, Water Balance
worked in large agribusiness concern's behalf, performing design,
construction document preparation, submittals to local service center,
budget analysis, water management planning, and served as agent for
producer in regards to requirements by the agency for cost-sharing
agreements within a formal conservation planning process.
Large residential community found infrastructure, common area
landscape irrigation system was built on the cheap, and now needed to
be renovated. Water Balance served as sub-consultant, performing
mainline analysis using EPANet, and powerful, hydraulics program.
Returns on investment for reconstruction, for salvaging that which was
salvageable, for adding valves, and for improving over-all water
distribution uniformity were expected to be less than three years.
